FullFAT is available through the standard GPL v3 license. This is a restrictive and viral license that essentially allows freedom of use within other free software products. FullFAT can still be used internally without a commercial license during proto-typing and evaluation etc. However as soon as a product hits the market a valid commercial license must be purchased.
Those who wish to use FullFAT in a consumer based product, i.e. one that does not pass on source-code to the end user, such as a navigation system, media player or digital camera, must seek appropriate commercial licensing.

Typically to license a single product will cost only £100. This allows you to sell an unlimited volume of the product without mentioning the use of FullFAT in it.
A business wide license can be typically purchased for £1000, which provides a completely non-restrictive, non-transferable license to a company.
Those who purchase commercial licenses will be eligible for support contracts. Those buying full business licenses will be offered 14 hours of free commercial support.
